My greatest secret to success is not my skill level, knowledge, or network. In fact, Les Brown and I’s greatest to success actually has nothing to do with any of those things…

In my first three years as an entrepreneur, I wound up over $30,000 in debt and homeless. Despite the failures I experienced, I became even more persistent. Ultimately, my persistence and willingness to stare down adversity allowed me to create the amazing life I am living today.

One of my favorite quotes regarding the Power of Persistence comes from Calvin Coolidge:

“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more
common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost
a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and
determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan “press on” has solved and always will solve
the problems of the human race.”

This secret to success is directly correlated with the Leadership Law of Persistence and Determination which I explain further in Chapter 7 of The Unemployed Millionaire. Just for buying The Unemployed Millionaire, you will receive secrets to success from other Unemployed Millionaires for FREE! Take advantage of the bonus offer (worth $97) and get your copy of The Unemployed Millionaire here: www.MattMorris.com/book.

I would love to hear how the power of persistence will help you in 2010…  I will personally read every single comment again this week so give me your feedback below!

  • There are many talented people, and each one uses a different motivational style. Humor, by far is the most captivating, and longest remembered type of motivation. If we could learn this one talent, the world would be a much better place.
  • That is what I kneeded, I´m not hungry enough!
