The Unemployed Millionaire Show: The Benefits of Serving Others
An Entrepreneur’s Guide to Lifestyle Freedom: Episode 20
To be totally honest, I created this episode without a real topic in mind. I’m just really ecstatic about what’s going on in my life right now!
For the last 9 years, I’ve been dreaming of being the owner of a Ferrari 360 Modena with F1 Transmission and it finally happened! Taking delivery of my dream car was such an incredible experience!
The experience made me realize something pretty significant about success though…
This quote from Zig Ziglar sums up my current sentiments perfectly:
“If you can dream it, then you can achieve it. You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want.”
The first part about being able to achieve anything you can dream of is absolutely true! The key to making your dreams come true is getting up more times than you get knocked down.
The journey to success isn’t always smooth but it’s always worth getting back up after you take a hit. Getting back up after taking a hit is how you demonstrate true character and leadership abilities!
I heard Zig’s quote at the beginning of my career as an entrepreneur. This quote inspired me to make service to others on a daily basis my ultimate goal!
I’m at an incredible place in my life right now and I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for the many people who’ve allowed me to serve them along the way. Helping others get what they want will always be the ultimate reward for me!
I highly encourage you to make it your goal to help someone else get what they want every day! I’d love to hear how you already do that so let’s discuss it in the comments section below…
P.S. If you miss the last episode of The Unemployed Millionaire Show, watch it right here: Episode 19, Why You MUST Write a Bucket List!
P.P.S. I’m curious… What’s your dream car? Tell me in the comments section!
