I love it! I learned a lot from watching that video. It doesn't matter if you have to dance and look like a crazy guy for 5 seconds or half an hour, just do it with confidence and you own it! other people may ridicule you, but your confidence is so strong that their comments have ZERO effect. then finally, because the dancer has more conviction in why he's dancing than the other have in why they don't dance, they join in... One follower joins in and sets an example for others that its ok to join!

Thanks Matt, I learned a lot from this

I have done that before, and it made me think, If I start a movement with dancing, then I can do this with anything. Great example!! It was good food for thought.

Come now Steve, all business and no pleasure makes one a real Scrooge type of character. Knew of a millionaire that was so stressed about protecting his money financial wealth and took his own life. He knew not how to seek some form freedom from thinking outside of the box. Your not going to take it with you so cut loose and do something ridiculous.

Loved the video Matt, and soooooooo right on with how to create the movement. One has to follow their heart and step out first rather then always waiting for someone else to step forward.

A simple childhood memory that made me wonder what the heck was wrong with wrong with others. We took a bus to the central school and had a wonderful time with classmates, as long as we followed the rules laid out. Our bus driver was one of those Crankshaft type characters that others mumbled and grumbled about, and wanted to see replaced. I decided to sit behind him each morning and get to know him and see if I could cheer him up. Long story short, he said some things about my sister who babysat for him that was way out of line. He then thought it was in his rights to keep us under his stern reporting eyes, yet thought nothing of breaking a rule to jeopardize our safety going to and fro on the bus.

Numerous ones were going to go to the office with me on the concern of our safety, yet when it came down to the crunch, I stood alone with Crankshaft and the Principal. Did I have to do some explaining to my parents, when they were told that I was not allowed to ride on the bus being a trouble maker, excluding what he said about my sister. So dad drove me for a few days, until I was called in later that week and given the placement of being the new safety guard on the bus / seeing the younger ones crossed the road safety at each stop. Having to sit up front with him each day and patrol the aisles when something was going haywire as they sometimes do, things did come around where he actually began to greet us with a smile and treat us like we were human rather then a bunch of young people that were out of control brats, which put me on the heroine leadership list of those who backed out and didn't go to the appointment made with him and the Principal. I don't recall ever having to put in an report on anyone, as I gave one warning and said next time I would, which dropped from his near daily reports on someone.

And the dancing, yes, totally awesome ! Nothing liberates our souls and relieves the stress and tension of bodies more then shaking a leg out there on the dance floor. When out with my daughters and their friends, we would all skip down the street / dancing and singing and turned a few heads of those driving by. Clap, laugh, sing .... as the joy within will spring forward like rushing waters down a river and nothing more exciting then that. My most fond memory and awakening was at my cousins wedding in my teen years. Near the end of the evening [my dad had a few drinks in him], and I was honored with the one and only dance I ever had with him. Right after that a fast dance came on and I was wondering why the heck they were wheeling a gal on to the floor. I was in for the biggest lesson of being liberated in the spirit. She swung her arms to the music and every time I looked over I was wondering if she was going to forget she was chair bound and jump up and start dancing with everyone else.

Just before I opened this email I was sitting here dancing and clapping to a CD, thinking about that video of that night running through my mind, so how delighted was I to see the video you selected for today ... blessed as usual when receiving your emails. Life is so grand ....eh !

Great analogy and how true it is! Thanks for your insight and for your willingness to share. Also makes sense in many areas of life, not just in network marketing.

That was simply astounding. I wonder if the actions of the first two people to follow, were motivated by ridicule, and if so, at what point would their ridicule change to appreciation and astoundment, as I'm sure many people did, as I did, who watched this incredible occurrence take place?

I'm interested to hear your opinions on that.
