The Entrepreneur’s Guide to Lifestyle Freedom: Episode 30

Last month, my family and I went to Los Cabos, Mexico for a much needed vacation. Quite honestly, we didn’t do anything other than play on the beach for the first three days we were in Cabo! Finally, on the fourth day of the trip, I remembered to grab my video camera so I could shoot Episode 30 of The Unemployed Millionaire Show!

I’m not telling you about my vacation to impress you… I’m telling you about it to impress upon you how much your life can change when you finally break out of the mold society placed you in and start taking advantage of opportunities that will allow you to live your dream lifestyle!

My personal philosophy about life is this: Life is all about the experience of chasing peak experiences! Contrary to mainstream beliefs, I believe that it is possible to live life constantly wrapped up in joyous and exciting moments…

Years ago, I made the decision to become an entrepreneur so that my family and I could have the opportunity to live every day of our lives with feelings of intense happiness and well-being! That decision is exactly what separates the people who live an unconventional life with total lifestyle freedom from the people who don’t.

Most people don’t understand that in order to live an unconventional lifestyle – you have to do unconventional things (like  focusing solely on opportunities that offer you a chance to become wealthy.) Once you get comfortable with the idea of pursuing unconventional opportunities in life, you will naturally develop the ability to create an unconventional lifestyle.

Creating an unconventional lifestyle is not easy but it’s absolutely worth the extra effort… After all, life should be an experience in chasing peak experiences!

What are you doing today in order to live a life of peak experiences tomorrow? I’d love to hear your answer below in the comments section!

    M2,

You're my white brother from another! I was in a local bookstore and found the Unemployed Millionaire and I will be a fan of this book until I die. One of my issues has been not being able to relate to anyone with my thoughts and feelings regarding being an entrepreneur. When I express my thought about not working for some business all of my life, people look at me like I'm crazy. I have to tell you that in my last year of law school at Alabama, I realized I wanted to become an entrepreneur. Long story short, I passed the bar and failed by getting myself disbarred several years later. Financially, Mentally and physically, I fell to the bottom. But, I'm building myself back up and have written my own book, The Criminal Within, http://lulu.com/criminalwithin, and script which a couple of producers are considering buying as I write this. “I am a billionaire and I make millions every year. I am successful and becoming more prosperous everyday God gives me.” that is my mind state right now. I really just wanted to reach out to you and tell you that I'M SO PROUD OF YOU. My mother was killed when I was a boy and my father has been addicted to drugs since. I know you can relate. I wish you and your family continued success. I look forward to the day we sit down and taost to success. I'm getting closer to where I want to be everyday! brion.russell@yahoo.com

Whenever changes come my way, I always see to it that I will be able to work it on my advantage. One of which is shifting from being a 9-6 employee into owning my own food cart stall at the mall.

    Hey Matt,

It is great to see you on vacation with your family. It is very motivational. I love to travel myself, and I plan on doing more of it – starting now!.

I am reading your book right now Unemployed Millionaire. Honestly, I didn't know what to expect when I picked it up. All I can say is WOW – what a pleasant surprise. There is so much substance, motivation, and great strategies included in this book. I have read hundreds of business, marketing, and personal development books and this one is top notch! Good job!

I have a quick question for you. I look up to you and I also want to set up a daily planner with my goals and list in the front. Can you tell us more details on the type of daily planner you use. Is it a full 8/12×11 planner or do you have a small one? Do you use one page per day, two page per day, or weekly (2page)? I am just wondering what your daily planner system is… Thanks!
