If you’re researching WorldVentures right now, possibly after seeing a presentation, my goal is not to convince you to join WorldVentures. My goal, rather, is to answer the question you may be asking…
Is WorldVentures a Scam?
Before I get into too much detail, I want to give you a disclaimer…
I am a WorldVentures representative as well as one of the top income earners in the company with over 200,000 members who have joined my organization in just over four years.
I’ll start by saying (notice the big bold letters) MY RESULTS ARE NOT TYPICAL.
My background in Network Marketing
I’ve been involved in the network marketing profession for 19 years. I joined Amway when I was 18 years old in college expecting to get rich in a couple years, travel the beaches of the world, and live the life of my dreams. The reality was, I never made any money there. However, the two years I was involved in Amway was possibly the best learning experience of my life.
I got hooked on the concept of networking as a legitimate business model, started reading as many books as I could find on the profession, attended numerous training events to better myself and my skills, and by the age of 24 was earning a full time income. By 25 I was earning six-figures and by 29 I was a self-made millionaire. I’ve been the top money earner in two companies before WorldVentures, I had built organizations of over 100,000 people prior to joining and owned my own network marketing company for almost five years immediately prior to WorldVentures.
I tell you that to let you know that in my opinion, I had an unfair advantage. If you haven’t been in network marketing for as long as I have and experienced the kind of success I have, you should expect that it will take longer for you to create similar results. When I started building my WorldVentures business, I already knew network marketing like I know the back of my hand. I had spoken to audiences all over the world, mentored hundreds of other leaders, and most importantly made just about every mistake you can make in network marketing.
If the person who showed you the WorldVentures business presentation told you that you can make a ton of money without a lot of hard work, you probably know in your gut that’s not the case. It’s probably not that they’re intending on deceiving you, but they may be new to the business themselves and just incredibly excited. They may have what we like to call “WorldVentures insomnia” where they’re so excited they can hardly sleep at nights. (I still have those myself after more than four years)
Let me just shoot you straight…
Success in WorldVentures come from a lot of hard work. We do have success stories of people with far less experience in network marketing than me who have reached the top rank of the company (International Marketing Director) faster than I did. So I’m not saying it’s not possible to go to the top very quickly, but I am saying it’s going to be a very rare individual who can do that.
Why Would Someone Label WorldVentures a Scam or Fraud?
The #1 reason why someone would label WorldVentures a scam or say that WorldVentures is a fraud is because of false expectations…
They expected to make a ton of money quickly and because that didn’t happen, rather than look to themselves as the cause of their failure, they blame WorldVentures or, in some cases rightfully so, the person who filled them with false expectations.
If you’re looking at joining WorldVentures and want to have success, please realize that this should be considered a legitimate, long term business. Your success or failure will be based solely on your skills, abilities, willingness to follow the coaching of your support team and attending the companies training events which, in my 19 years in network marketing are the absolute best quality events I’ve ever seen.
