Success requires energy… PERIOD!
When you think about energy and how we use it as humans, all of it is filtered through one thing all the time without exception.
Our mental energy that gives us ideas, the ability to solve problems, innovation, and focus is processed and filtered through our physical brains.
Our emotional energy that powers hope, motivation, inspiration, and drive is processed and filtered through the chemicals in our cellular make up. (Or our “hearts”)
And obviously our physical energy that enables us to move, take action, and actually DO stuff is processed and filtered through our bones, muscles, skin and bodies.
All of it is processed and filtered through our physical existence, even the intangible stuff we cannot see, taste, smell, or touch.
In Motivational Monday 84 I shared a powerful and inspiring story of transformation and when you look closely at that story you can easily see that there was one major contributing factor that was the catalyst for change.
It was through PHYSICAL actions and it completely transformed that mans life while injecting hope, motivation, and inspiration into millions of others.
It’s FAR too easy “forget” how powerful we are and how HUGE the role is our bodies play in our ultimate success. Believe me I know because I forget too.
But I just started back into a routine and I also forgot how amazing it feels and how awesome it makes everything in my life!
Success just comes SOOO much easier, in fact, EVERYTHING gets easier. I LOVE this side effect and I’m guessing you will too.
So I wanted to share a simple reminder this week to focus on increasing your capacity for physical energy and yes, it means that scary word exercise!
Now, I know many people instantly shut down when they here that word but think about it this way.
