So today I’m going to be talking about exercising your happy muscle.
Now, that can be taken in many ways, some of which might get me in a little hot water so let just be clear here. 😉
I’m talking about practicing and conditioning yourself to be happy!
And really, all I’m saying is that 90% of success is you attitude. And 100% of your attitude comes from your programming. And your programming is basically just like a muscle. You work on it, it gets stronger, either way you go.
And being happy is attractive. Success is super attracted to happy energy so when you work your happy muscle, get it strong, and make it the predominate way of being for you no matter what is going on around you, you’re automatically going to attract more success!
And the bonus here is, you don’t even need to go to the gym to work this muscle. The world and life are your gym.
Everyone is selfish. We don’t do anything if it’s not self-serving in some way.
Whether there is a direct benefit to us or an indirect benefit to us. Whether it’s immediate or whether it’s something we believe we can cash in on later (karma), we don’t do anything without selfish motives.
But that’s not a bad thing at all. It’s actually a built in survival mechanism that can serve you in your efforts to create success in life if you become OK with the idea that being selfish is a GOOD thing!
As long as you’re not hurting others, being selfish the right way is the best thing you can do and the big secret is, you don’t have a choice anyway 😉
What you do have a choice about is whether your selfish desires help or harm others. And that’s the BIG secret to making selfishness a powerful ally to your success.
