Just finished up an event here in Norway, doing a bit of sight seeing. Checking out this beautiful historic area — some of these places are 400-500 years old! Coming from America, it’s hard to believe, but some of these buildings are older than our country! Crazy…

Heads up: today’s video is actually a WARNING!

As we were coming out of the event, I got a message from someone… he simply said, “Matt?” So, I replied, “Yes?” lol

Then he said, “I wanted you to go here to sign up (link to his opportunity).” I couldn’t believe it, so I responded “That was one of the worst recruiting pitches I’ve ever seen. Go get some training from my videos and your upline, and be a professional.”

After receiving this message, I instantly thought that there could be 1,000’s of people in my organization doing the exact same thing! Let this be a training segment for you: if you are spamming people on Facebook or other social media about your opportunity, you are being an AMATEUR.

Not only are you being an amateur, you are also being pathetic. You will never make any big money in network marketing, ever. Point blank.

Realize this: network marketing is a relationship business.

Don’t get me wrong — I’m not saying don’t reach out to people. Let’s say you see a quote they like, or something like that. Then say “Hey, I love that quote, what do you do?”

Start at conversation and TRY to wait until you’ve built a relationship before you HIT them with your opportunity! Because what happens is they realize you’re just talking to them because you’re trying to pitch them… and you’re never gonna build a big business. Period.

Here’s the message, BE A PROFESSIONAL. Stop being a SPAMMER! If you are someone who is doing this, lesson learned, just STOP and don’t do it anymore.

If you’re in my organization, please do not do that. Also, feel free to correct others! People need to be corrected! If you see someone spamming online, tell them they are not being professional and even LINK over to this video to deliver the message!

See, I didn’t build an organization of over 700,000 people in the last six years by spamming. None of the leaders in my team built their business by spamming. We did it through building relationships.

This is a relationship building business. Never forget that!

How To Become Legendary In Network Marketing

Coming to you from the backroads in South Germany, a little after 1:30 AM, and we just finished up an awesome presentation headed back to Zurich.

As we’re driving here I was thinking a lot about what it took for me to really have a ton of success. That’s why I’m here actually — to support my friend Tizian. He’s an amazing member on my team and he’s building a huge team right now. I know he’s gonna make it because he’s willing to do whatever it takes to have success in this business. He’s willing to drive the miles and he’s willing to do meeting, after meeting, after meeting… after meeting. He knows what it takes, and how to become legendary in network marketing.

Driving back to the hotel right now I thought about a time when I was about 24 years old, and I remember the day I decided to burn the boats and go all in. I decided, that for once in my life, I was going to lay it all on the line. I was going to give it everything that I had. I was willing to burn the candle at both ends. If someone wanted me to meet with a prospect at 6 AM, I’d meet with them. If someone wanted me to meet with a prospect at 1 AM, I’d meet with them.

That day I had a meeting in Austin, which is a 3 hour drive there and back from Dallas. I was driving home after my meetings and it was about 2 AM. I had a breakfast meeting the next morning at 7 AM and I hadn’t slept much in the past few days. I was SO tired on the drive home that I was actually having to pull my leg hairs just to stay awake. Just then something amazing happened that I never felt before.

I was actually inspired by myself for the first time in my life. Everyone is always kind of looking for their own here, and always looking for someone else to inspire them. This was honestly the first time I actually inspired myself. I don’t even remember what happened in that meeting — it wasn’t about that. It was the fact that for once in my life I was giving it my ALL. I was leaving it all out on the field, and I remember feeling SO good. I just felt so much fulfillment that night because I knew in my heart that I was giving it my all.

Listen, if you want to make it big, if you want to be a millionaire in network marketing, and if you want to learn how to become legendary in network marketing — you’re gonna have to do the same thing. You’re gonna have to lay it all on the line.

You ever have a leader that told you it’s gonna be easy? That you’ll make tons of money and you don’t have to work? That’s straight up bullshit.

That’s not the truth.

Don’t create a culture within your downline telling them its easy. Create a culture of people that are willing to work, who are willing to sacrifice, who are willing to pay the price for success.

Some people say, “Matt, you’ve made millions of dollars, why are you still traveling around the world like crazy? Why are you still doing meetings?”

I’ll tell you why, its because I can come in and help other people become financially free. Yes, I take a lot of vacations and stay in really nice hotels. That’s really great and all… but let me tell you what really gets me excited. That fact that I’m able to do what God put me on this earth to do.

God put me on this earth to make a dent in the population of the world — to help spread financial freedom into the lives of so many people.

You’re not gonna go create a dynasty sitting on your ass.

Yes I’ll go travel and have fun, and life will always be an adventure. But I’m gonna keep doing what I’m doing with no end in sight. No retirement for Matt Morris. Why?

Because I LOVE this.

I LOVE what I do.

700,000 people have joined our organization over the last 6 years and we’ve created a lot of financial freedom. I’m well on my way to creating 1,000’s of millionaires. And that’s not gonna happen by me sitting on my ass.

It’s only gonna happen by me driving the miles, traveling the world, and finding amazing leaders like Tizian here and pouring into them.
