People are pro’s at crastination. If you leave them to their own devices, they’ll procrastinate forever and never get started.

So, set an appointment. It might be another exposure to the business so they can see a bigger picture, it might be to answer their questions, or it might just be a phone call to collect a decision.

It’s the same way with new reps. If you leave them to their own devices, they procrastinate and never do anything and you get no duplication. So set an appointment with your new rep.

It might be to a training, it might be to go over their list and make calls, or it might be for them to schedule their first exposure to a prospect.

Believe me, implement this strategy for yourself and your teams and you’ll make more money.
