For this edition of Motivational Monday I found this amazing video with a message that kind of leaves you in a calm, still silence mentally but filled with the powerful energy of hope and possibility emotionally.
It’s a video that Michael Marantz created for the simple purpose of inspiring others about the power you have to create your future.
I’m gonna say he did it right and that it works! Great job Michael.
And the point of this video as well as this post today is to remind us all that, everything in front of us is a blank page. The future is ours to create how ever we like it and you can create your future how ever you like as well.
Both personally and collectively.
What you do today creates the stones that line the path you’ll walk on tomorrow. YOU and only you create your future!
– It’s not predefined for you.
– It’s not unchangeable.
– It’s not determined by someone else.
It’s defined, changed, determined, and created by YOU!
You create your future every day, with every action, every inaction, every decision, and every indecision.
You hold the key to your future. Each step you take, no matter how much you think you have figured out, is a step into the unknown. Every day you paint the reality of your own life.
Sure you use familiar colors and patterns and strokes of the brush but you paint the picture.
And it takes a certain amount of courage to paint a new picture. But guess what? Where do you think that courage comes from?
YOU create it! You define it! You determine whether or not you’ll have it.
You can choose to keep the “picture of your life” within the lines or…
Or you can take a step outside those lines, expand your canvas, and see what else you can do and discover what else you can become.
Each step you take is into the unknown anyway, you might as well be brave enough to own your own future.

“The future doesn’t belong to the faint hearted, it belongs to the brave…”
Be brave, be bold, be courageous, never stop dreaming, and above all else…
