Today I want to talk about how to eliminate stress and frustration from your life and your business.
And what I’m talking about is something called the “is versus ought to” theory.
The theory basically says the your level of frustration and stress that you have in your life has a direct correlation between how believe things ought to be versus how things actually are.
And most of us have some ideas in our minds that say things there shouldn’t be war, or starving children, or such high taxes, or traffic, etc…
And what you need to understand about this is, all of the things you think ought to be different are not helping you elevate stress and frustration in your life. In fact, that’s what causes stress and frustration!
See, every time you think something shouldn’t be a certain way it creates stress and it creates frustration and adds those things to your life versus enabling you to eliminate stress and frustration from your life.
And here’s the thing, no matter what you’re wishes might be, no matter what you think “ought to be”, it’s completely irrelevant. The “are’s” will always be the only thing you have to build and create your success on.
So the real secret to eliminate stress and frustration from your life is just getting to the point of accepting, “It is what it is”.
