This is by far one of my all time favorite topics… Leadership!

Leadership is a critical component to success. With leadership you can make quantum leaps in your success. Without leadership, you tend to stubble for years. Because leadership allows you to grow by multiplication not by addition.

This applies to anyone building any kind of organization. Whether it’s network marketing, a church, or a fortune 500 company leadership allows yo to multiply your origination.

So how can you become a leader?

It’s easy. You just need to step up! What I mean by that is, admire the leaders around you. Let them lead you to new levels of success. Follow their proven paths. But at some point, step out of their shadow and step up into your own leadership role.

Because it’s ONLY when you step into your leadership role that others will start to follow you. And as you develop your leadership skills, other leaders who have just stepped into their leadership role start to follow you.

It’s when you become attractive to other leaders that things really heat up in terms of success.

And as you get better, better leaders start to follow you. Don’t think you have to be the best of the best to be a leader. You only need to be a little better than the people who are following you. Because as long as you are perceived at a higher level, you’re automatically qualified to lead the person perceiving you at that level!

So many people struggle with this question, “When do I know I’m ready to be a leader?”. But the answer is ridiculously simple…

You’re leader when you decide you’re a leader.
