Pick a specific topic, watch videos on that topic, listen to audios on that specific topic, transcribe the videos, write down what the trainer is saying, pick out the key points, and commit it to memory!
Report if out loud over and over and over again.
Then it will be locked into your brain and that will allow you to have confidence in the specific topic you are working on.
