I’m flying back to Dallas right now from Cali, Colombia after a ROCKING event we did there.
As I was looking through some of my older training, I found one from when my team had just passed 1 million customers. In that training, I shared my personal recruiting numbers and what that led to.
My Personal MLM Recruiting Numbers and How I went for 720 No’s
Take a peek:
In 8 years, I estimate that I personally showed my business to just over 1,000 people.
From those 1,000 I personally sponsored 280.
**Meaning at least 720 told me no.**
Of those 280 that I sponsored, 237 quit.
Leaving me with 43 active after 8 years.
Of those 43 there were 6 major leaders that had emerged. There were other smaller teams, but here’s the breakdown for the customer counts generated from those six:
- One led to 6,000
- One led to 20,000
- One led to. 23,000
- One led to 52,000
- One led to 300,000
- One led to 750,000
MLM Recruiting Tip: Sort Through Your List of Prospects
When I share this, people tend to think, “How the hell do I find six leaders like THAT?”
I’d love to tell you I have the magic formula for finding these incredible leaders. But the truth is, I had no idea who the 6 were going to be. I only found the 6 because I was willing to sort through the 280 to find them.
The only way I found the 280 was because I was willing to go out and show my business to over 1,000.
And more importantly, I had to be willing to get rejected by the 720!
You see, you don’t create massive success by only finding leaders. You earn success by getting massive rejection.
Simply put, if you’re not willing to go out and get rejected, you’re not willing to do what it takes to succeed.
The reason I succeeded was because I took insane levels of action and understood that rejection was going to be part of the game… and when I heard, “No. It’ll never work. I don’t have the time. I don’t have the money. Etc”, I had no emotional attachment and simply followed the chorus to my favorite Jay Z song that says, “On to the next one.”
My friend, if you’re looking to build an empire, be ready to always move “On to the next one!”
P.S. – While being willing to get rejected is a huge part of the formula, there are 6 key skills in network marketing that you’ll have to master in order to reach the top. If you’d like to shorten your learning curve down from 20 years to only 7 weeks, you’ll be pumped to check out my M-School program.
I’ll warn you now though, this is an intense training and definitely not for dabblers. M-School is not a bunch of “feel-good” hype and theory. It’s a no-fluff “hit you right in the face” type training giving you exactly what works in all 6 areas so you can execute like a 20-year, multi-million dollar earning veteran.
Even if you don’t decide to invest in M-School, the sales letter alone will be well worth your time and fascinating to read. You’ll get to see (specifically in the bullet points), what you’ll need to go out and learn on your own should you decide to build a giant business.
