40 Top Motivational Speakers

Several years ago I wrote a post, 40 Most Popular Motivational Speakers and Authors for December 2009 which highlighted the 40 top motivational speakers and authors according to the popularity of their website on Alexa.com.

Alexa ranks all websites on the Internet… An Alexa rank of 1 would be the #1 most popular website, 2 would be the 2nd, etc.
Since it’s been a few years I wanted to update the list and see if there have been any changes in positioning among the top motivational speakers.

The criteria to be put on this list is simple…

1. Must be living. (There are many greats like Zig Ziglar, Napoleon Hill, Jim Rohn, etc who have passed on that have not been included in this list.)

2. Must be an active motivational speaker. (not an internet guru who wants to start speaking one day)

3. Must be a bestselling author with a published book. (not a self-published ebook)

Please note that this list is a completely objective list. This is not my opinion for who are the BEST motivational speakers. I’ll save my commentary on that for another post, but I can assure you there would be some motivational speakers who did not make the list included here and some who made it on this list that I’d probably take off.
