I get both of these questions a lot, “How did you reach the top rank in your company multiple times?” and “How do you become the #1 income earner?”.
And I have to say, the two kind of go hand in hand so I’m just going to talk about what I think the focus should be on, how to hit the top rank in you company, because when you do what it takes to reach the top rank in your company, you have what it takes to become the #1 earner!
How To Hit The Top Rank In Your Company
There are a few things you always must do to create success in any network marketing company and this applies if you are looking to reach the top rank in your company obviously.
Of course you’re going to have to the “normal required stuff”. Recruit, go to trainings, work on yourself, increase your leadership skills,… etc
One of the biggest mistakes I see people make over and over again when they set their sites on learning how to reach the top rank in their company really comes down to 3 words…
Act as if!
You MUST act as if you are in order to be. And really, all that means is imagine how it feels to reach the top rank in you company. What would you look like? What you act like? How much confidence would you have? How much swagger would be sporting?
What about posture?
See, when you assume the position of strong leadership, you begin to display the attributes of sting leadership like confidence, posture, and swagger.
And the reality in leadership is, other leaders want to follow someone who is stronger than themselves!
Notice I didn’t say more successful? I said stronger. Because real leaders and people who understand success find the value in strength and they’ll use that strength to create success.
So how do you do this?
The first step is to act as if, the second step is to immediately STOP using crippling phrases and words.
I have people come to me all the time and say things like:
“This is out of my league, this person is out of my league, this situation is out of my league…”
But here’s the truth, NOTHING is out of your league unless you believe it’s out of your league!
So STOP saying things are out of your league otherwise you’re never going to be in the major leagues.
And the third thing you must do to reach the top rank in you company and becoming a powerful leader is this.
Don’t expect someone to do for you what you can do for yourself. Or, don’t do for your leaders what they can do for themselves because by doing that you enable them to fail!
And take that personally…
Don’t enable yourself. If you’ve got a situation that you can handle, handle it! People want to see that you can lead, they don’t need you to be right all the time. You don’t have to be right all the time in order to reach the top rank in your company, you just have to do the right thing and this case it’s acting as if and strong leadership!
Because when you’re doing the right thing and you’re displaying leadership, that’s going to be attractive to other leaders and having a team full of strong leaders will get you to the top rank in your company FAST!
So how can you reach the top rank in your company?
You act as if and take a strong leadership role, stop using crippling words like “hopefully, maybe, and try”, and don’t expect someone to do for you what you can do for yourself. Or in other words…
