True Success – Is it worth it?
No matter what you see when you look at people who have achieved true success or acquired powerful abilities there is ALWAYS something you don’t see. Something you haven’t seen. The path that was traveled and the currency paid to gain those skills and acquire that success.
Everyone wants to celebrate the victory, everyone loves the success.
But few are willing to pay for that success. You can’t buy true success with money.
Because true success is not a result outside of your being, it’s a transformation that happens within you. And money is not the currency that is traded for that transformation.
Money can buy you the instructions on how to create that transformation and guide you toward success but to achieve true success, you have to pay ion a currency that accepted.
True success is paid for with things many people consider more valuable than money.
True success is paid for with sweat, tears, doubt, pain, and frustration.
Each sleepless night is a deposit, each tear is a deposit, every second of frustration is a deposit.
All the self doubt, all the pain, all the fear are the currency that pays for true success.
I’m on my way to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro and this fits perfectly.
Most people see a picture of a smiling face beaming with pride and achievement of the people who reach the top. But many forget that there is always a “hidden journey” that most people don’t see.
Every mountain (or journey to success) will take it’s “piece of flesh”.
Maybe from a rouge tree branch that cuts your leg giving drops of blood from the scratch, drops of sweat from the work, and maybe even a couple of tears along the way.
And no one sees that part. That part isn’t the fun and exciting and attractive part that people are drawn to.
Everyone just wants to be on top of the mountain but few are wiling to pay with the currency required to get there.
And let me tell you the ultimate secret about true success
The people who want true success need to understand that it’s easy to stand on top of the mountain, but that’s not the true reward. The true reward is doing what it took to get there and not giving up on yourself in the process…
The question you need to ask yourself is this: “Is true success worth it to you?”
