What a great insight to the mindset required to create success.
People ask me why I spend 3 hours traveling to do presentations for a small handful of people after I’ve reached the level of success I have.
Well, this video pretty much nails it!
“You have to be willing to get the shots that no one else is willing to fight for!” You MUST be willing to work.
There’s a bunch of quotes about being willing to work but in general, this sums it up:
“You have to be willing to do the things others won’t to get what others don’t”.
And it doesn’t matter how successful you become, this ALWAYS applies and the second you lose that kind of mentality, your success starts to slowly fade away and your momentum starts to slowly slow down.
You need to be willing to work when no one else is willing to work.
Of course there is always that element of balance to achieve but the general mindset of being willing to do what others won’t to have what others don’t is the most simplistic core principle of success.
It can be ghetto, ugly, sloppy, etc and still be successful because if no one else was willing to do it, you win by default!
Adopt that mindset, be willing to work, and you’re almost guaranteed to achieve success!
