I pulled back the curtains to reveal many of the weapons of influence that have allowed me to earn many millions.
These are the psychological triggers that cause people to instinctively and subconsciously take action. Feedback was amazing as much of the content I shared is pretty mind boggling. I may offer it for sale one day but for now it’s just for my private coaching group.
One of the concepts I threw in as a leadership bonus that was off topic was what to do (and specifically how to lead) when you can’t see a light at the end of the tunnel.
I’ve had times where it felt like all was lost and there was little to no hope.
Times when it seemed like pressing forward was a futile attempt.
Times when it felt so much easier and maybe even smarter to give up.
I’ve made some of the most asinine mistakes imaginable (both personally and professionally) that have left me beating myself up nearly to the point of self-loathing.
I’ve had business challenges bigger than most could ever imagine.
But because I’ve followed the coaching I’m about to give you, I was able to pull through some of the darkest times imaginable and come out on the other side.
Write this down for when you need it. (Because you will)
When you can’t see a light at the end of the tunnel, act as if the light is blinding you.
This is as true in leading yourself as it is in leading a large organization…
If you’re BIG things, it won’t always be sunshine and rainbows.
Times will get tough and when they do, you need your leadership and others need your leadership.
When you can’t see a light or a way forward, just know the light is always there…
You may have to bust through stone to get to the light, but it’s always there.
You see, when there is hope for the future there is power in the present.
Live in hope. Life in faith. And be willing to lead yourself to bust through whatever stone gets in your way.
