Our job in network marketing, as much as anything, is to be a coach.
Fundamental Coaching Skills
A coach helps people go from where they are to where they want to be. Part of that coaching process is teaching the fundamental skills:
- Finding people to talk to
- Following up and closing
- Getting new reps started
- Event promotion, etc.
All of which I cover in detail in my 7-week video coaching program.
But as I’ve said many times, “If how-to’s were enough, we’d all be rich, skinny and happy.”
The BIG money in our profession comes from duplication of leadership. Which means, you must become masterful at producing quality leadership.
To understand what it takes to produce leadership, write this down:
“A good coach will make his players see what they can be rather than what they are.”
When you believe in others more than they believe in themself, it inspires them to step into a much more powerful level of leadership.
