Become a production machine and you will never have to rely on motivation again…
You’ve Been Lied to About Motivation
Most of the network marketers out there will tell you that all you need to do to achieve success is get two people, that get two people, that get two people etc.
or maybe they tell you a host of things like:
All you have to do is enroll six people to get to a six-figure income…
You have to become a good motivator…
Do wake up motivation calls…
or try a bunch of training calls…
That stuff is great to do, but that is NOT how you duplicate and build a tribe of world-changers and high-achievers.
The Secret I Learned After 24 Years About Motivation
You do not create momentum in your team by motivation…
At least, by the standards we’ve been taught.
In fact, often times “rah-rah’ motivational speeches just don’t work.
I decided to try something different…
I went into total production mode and put in 30 personal referrals in one month.
You can imagine the momentum that created.
You get group momentum AFTER you have personal momentum.
Your team starts to see what is possible which creates the most important thing in an organization…
Belief.
Belief Is The Most Important Thing For Motivation
If people have belief in, not only you but in themselves…
They will take massive action!
But in order to instill this belief, you must take massive action.
What is classified as massive action?
Enough.
What is enough?
Thirty.
If You Haven’t Personally Sponsored 30 People in Your Organization… You’re Not Really Serious
You can never expect to have a hugely motivated team if you haven’t done at least 30 personals.
Why?
You don’t have the results to show your team you’re serious.
Your group is not going to be excited because they’re not seeing their team grow.
Now you don’t have to personally sponsor 30 people in your first month, however, there is a law.
A law of compressed activity that states…
The effort that you put in in a short period of compressed amount of time is going to pay you way more than the same amount of effort put in over an extended period of time.”
Why is that true?
Because everything is based on belief.
And your team gains belief by seeing someone perform at a level above themselves.
I’ve hit rank in my company three times…
I don’t say this to impress you, but to impress upon you that it’s possible.
My team sees me perform at a high level and think to themselves, “man, if he’s done it three times, surely I can do it once!”.
If You Haven’t Hit Rank In Your Company, Motivation Is VERY Difficult
Your group is probably thinking, “I can’t do it because you haven’t done it.”
So as motivation for you…
Aside from the large paycheck…
and recognition…
Realize that your team needs to see you hit rank.
Do it for your team.
Get into personal production mode and watch your team increase.
Your organization will grow.
Why?
You gave them what they needed most.
Inspiration and the belief that they could go do it themselves.
