Why Improving Your Skills is a Great Investment?

Let’s be super honest with each other…

It takes a hell of a lot of knowledge to become a top earner. It takes a hell of a lot of work too, but if you work without knowledge, you’re just a hard-working idiot.

The formula is pretty simple.

S = F.V. x E x S

Your wealth/success is equal to your financial vehicle multiplied by your effort multiplied by your skill.

I’m assuming you have a great financial vehicle with whatever network marketing company you’re with or other business you’re running.

I’ll also assume you’re willing to work hard.

So that just leaves your skill. Your skill is the multiplier.

The way I looked at it, the greatest investment I could make is in my skill because if you took everything away and all I had was my skill to fall back on, I could find another financial vehicle and work hard and I’d get everything back and more.

Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on how you look at it), I had to put that to the test several times. I always found myself back on top because I invested so heavily in my skill.

My thought was this…

Even if I had to go $100,000 in debt in order to learn the skills of a master network marketer, it will be worth it many times over. Hitting the top rank in almost any network marketing company is a several hundred thousand dollar per year income, if not over $1 million.

Why Invest your $100,000 in Network Marketing Education?

College graduates invest well over $100,000 in many cases and it allows them to get a job making $50,000 per year. I’d much rather invest $100,000 in network marketing education and earn several hundred K a year and have the lifestyle freedom that comes with being a top earner.

There are obviously no guarantees but that’s an investment I would GLADLY make all day long.

It’s why I sell events and training so well. I genuinely believe in my heart, it’s an incredible investment for people.

Personal growth and transformation isn’t just what I do. It’s who I am.

So listen, here’s the point of this email…

If you want to be a great leader, you need to be great at building a culture of people investing in themselves through education. It’s how you build people. And if you don’t build people, you won’t build a big business.

Here’s what’s great…

It doesn’t take a $100,000 investment to get a master level education in network marketing.

But it does take an investment.

You ARE going to have to invest in your skills and you ARE going to have to encourage other people to invest in themselves.

If you don’t, you do them an incredible disservice.

Remember, your job as a great leader is to be a coach – help people go from where they are to where they want to be. To get to where they want to be, they are going to have to invest and learn in themselves. So get good at that!
